6 Payments & Refunds
All fees are payable in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD) as specified at the point of purchase. Payments are processed via Flutterwave (NGN) or Paystack (USD/NGN). HONA Tech does not store your card or payment account details.
Refund Policy: Fees paid for services or training are non-refundable except where: (a) HONA Tech cancels a programme, in which case a full refund or credit will be issued; or (b) a written request is submitted at least 14 days before a programme start date, in which case a partial refund (less a 10% administrative fee) may be considered. Refund requests should be sent to info@honatech.com.ng.
7 User Accounts
Where access to a HONA Tech portal or platform requires account registration, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at info@honatech.com.ng of any suspected unauthorised access.
